Just contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or phone, indicating the model(s) you wish to Buy. We will quickly provide you with all the necessary information to place your order securely. Shipping for products in stock within Italy takes 24h (islands 48h), within Europe 2/3 days, and to the rest of the world 5/7 days.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive the bank details via email to complete the transfer. After making the payment, please contact us by sending a copy of the transfer via email.
Your order will be shipped once we have confirmed the payment in our bank account (this usually takes 1-2 business days).

Satispay

If you choose Satispay as your payment method, you will receive a notification through the app to complete the payment. Your order will be shipped quickly as the payment is credited immediately.

Cash on delivery (Italy only)

If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, your order will be shipped after we receive the delivery address. This method requires payment for the goods directly to the courier in cash upon delivery.

PayPal

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will receive all payment details via email. Your order will be shipped quickly as the payment is credited immediately.

Credit or prepaid cards

If you choose to pay with credit or prepaid cards, you will receive an email containing the payment request. With a simple click, you will be redirected to the Stripe website to proceed with the payment. Stripe's service can be used even if you are not a registered user and ensures secure credit card payments. This system allows any credit card holder to make purchases simply, quickly, and securely. Sensitive cardholder data (name, card number, expiry date, etc.) is transmitted only to Stripe and is protected by encrypted systems, ensuring no one else can access it. Your order will be shipped quickly as the payment is credited immediately.

Installment payments with: Klarna – PayPal

If you choose to pay in installments, you will receive an email link to complete the payment in 3 installments with Klarna, PayPal. The purchase cost will be divided into 3 interest-free installments, charged to your card every 30 days. No discounts on the list price are available when using this payment method. Your order will be shipped quickly as the payment is credited immediately.

SHIPPING IN ITALY

Our shipments are handled by SDA or BRT, with delivery throughout Italy within 24 hours (shipments to Sicily, Sardinia, and remote areas are delivered within 48 hours). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so you can choose whether to receive your package in the morning or afternoon. Our packages are prepared with extreme care and attention to ensure that the goods are not damaged. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number, received in the shipping confirmation email, on the official courier website: SDA – BRT

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via Express Courier UPS, DHL, FedEx.
Delivery times are: Europe 2-3 days, rest of the world 5-7 days. To find out the shipping cost, please contact us via email. Purchases from countries outside the European Union (EU) will not be subject to European VAT, but customs may require payment of local taxes/fees. Our packages are prepared with extreme care and attention to ensure that the goods are not damaged. You can track your shipment by entering the code (tracking number), received in the shipping email, on the official courier website: wwww.dhl.com – www.ups.com – www.fedex.com
For returns on shipments within Europe, the total amount paid will be refunded, minus 15 euros, which covers the incurred shipping cost.

TERMS OF SALE

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending written communication via registered mail with return receipt or Email.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of the communication.
The right of withdrawal, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005, does not apply to custom-made or personalized products. Returns of used or damaged items are not accepted.
Returns cannot be exercised for orders under 50 euros, nor for a second purchase following a return already made.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer and must include the intact product, original packaging, and sales receipt. The goods will be checked: if not compliant with the original conditions, the return will be refused.
Shipping, administrative, and refund costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

PACKAGING

All our eyewear is shipped in its original case, and where provided by the manufacturer, a microfiber cloth, box, and other accessories will be included. Each pair of eyewear is accompanied by a CE compliance certificate.

WARRANTY

Luziottica Vision ensures the quality and authenticity of all products sold.
All eyewear comes with a safety and quality certificate as required by European regulations (Legislative Decree No. 46 of 24/02/1997 - Ministerial Decree No. 180 of 04/05/1998), and where applicable, an authenticity and originality certificate issued by the manufacturer. All eyewear is covered by the manufacturer's official two-year warranty for conformity defects, as per Legislative Decree 24/02. Products damaged by improper use are not covered by the warranty. If a purchased product has conformity defects, please contact us to arrange shipment to our store.
