PAYMENT METHODS

Bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer as payment, you will receive by email the bank details to make it. After making the payment, please contact us by sending a copy of the transfer by email.
The shipment will be processed when we have displayed the payment in our bank account (time needed 1/2 days).

Satispay

If you choose Satispay as your payment, you will receive a notification via the application to make the payment. The shipment will be processed in a short time as the credit is immediate.

Cash on delivery (only in Italy)

If you choose cash on delivery as payment, the shipment will be processed after we have received the delivery address. This method provides for payment on delivery of the goods, directly to the courier in cash.

PayPal

If you choose PayPal as your payment, you will receive by email all the details to make the payment. The shipment will be processed in a short time as the credit is immediate.

Credit or prepaid cards

If you choose to pay by credit or prepaid card, you will receive an email requesting payment. With a simple click you will be redirected to the Stripe website to proceed with the payment. Stripe's service can be used even if you are not a registered user and guarantees secure credit card payments. This system allows anyone who is a credit card holder to be able to buy in a simple, fast and secure way. The cardholder's sensitive data (name, card number, expiration, etc.) are transmitted only to Stripe and are protected by encrypted systems so that no one will be able to know them in any way. The shipment will be processed in a short time as the credit is immediate.

Installment payments with Klarna

If you choose to pay in installments, you will receive an email with a link to pay in 3 installments with Klarna. The cost of the purchase will be divided into 3 interest-free installments and will be charged to the card every 30 days. By using this payment method, there are no discounts on the list price. The shipment will be processed in a short time as the credit is immediate.

SHIPMENTS TO ITALY

Our shipments are made with SDA or BRT with delivery throughout Italy in 24 hours (shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and disadvantaged locations are delivered in 48 hours). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00, so you can choose whether to receive the package in the morning or in the afternoon. Our packages are prepared with extreme care and attention so that the goods cannot be damaged. We give you the opportunity to know the status of the shipment by entering the code (tracking number), received in the shipping email, on the official website of the courier: SDA – BRT

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL Express Courier. Delivery times are: Europe 2/3 days, rest of the world 5/7 days. To find out the cost of shipping, please contact us by email. Purchases from countries outside the European Union (EU) will not be subject to European VAT, but customs may require you to pay local taxes/fees. Our packages are prepared with extreme care and attention, so that the goods cannot be damaged. We give you the opportunity to know the status of the shipment by entering the code (tracking number), received in the shipping email on the courier's official website: wwww.dhl.com – www.ups.com

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must contact us within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods (requests for return after that date will not be accepted). The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to the seller's address, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of giving notice of their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal. Purchases are protected by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, which provides for the possibility for consumers to exercise their right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of purchases involving custom-made goods (e.g. eyewear with prescription lenses) or clearly personalised (e.g. eyewear with sun lenses on request). Returns of used and damaged products will not be accepted, they will not be replaced accordingly. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of amounts less than 50 euros (pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code). The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a second purchase following a return that has already taken place. The return shipment is at the buyer's expense and must contain: the product in perfect condition, the original packaging and the receipt. The returned goods will be carefully checked and if the conditions are deemed different from the original ones, the return will not be accepted. The amount of shipping costs, administrative costs and the costs of returning the sums disbursed will in any case remain at the customer's expense.

PACKAGING

GUARANTEE

All eyewear they are accompanied by the certificate of safety and quality required by European legislation (D.L. n°46 of 24/02/1997-D.M. n°180 of 04/05/1998), and, where required, by the certificate of authenticity and originality of the product issued by the manufacturer. All eyewear they are covered by an official manufacturer's warranty for two years for lack of conformity, pursuant to DL 24/02. Products that have suffered damage from misuse are not covered by the warranty. If the product you have purchased has any lack of conformity, you can contact us to arrange the shipment to our store.
