Our shipments are handled by SDA or BRT, with delivery throughout Italy within 24 hours (shipments to Sicily, Sardinia, and remote areas are delivered within 48 hours). Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must contact us within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods (return requests after this date will not be accepted). The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to the seller's address, either by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or via email. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days from when they communicate their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Purchases are protected by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206, which allows consumers to exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for purchases of custom-made goods (e.g., eyewear with prescription lenses) or clearly personalized items (e.g., eyewear with custom sun lenses). Returns of used and damaged products will not be accepted, and consequently, these will not be replaced. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for amounts less than 50 euros (pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code). The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a second purchase following a previous return. The return shipment is at the buyer's expense and must include: the product in perfect condition, the original packaging, and the sales receipt. The returned goods will be carefully inspected, and if their condition is deemed different from the original, the return will not be accepted. The cost of shipping, administrative fees, and the costs of returning the disbursed amounts will remain the responsibility of the customer.
All our eyewear is shipped in its original case, and where provided by the manufacturer, a microfiber cloth, box, and other accessories will be included. Each pair of eyewear is accompanied by a CE compliance certificate.

All eyewear comes with a safety and quality certificate as required by European regulations (Legislative Decree No. 46 of 24/02/1997 - Ministerial Decree No. 180 of 04/05/1998), and where applicable, an authenticity and originality certificate issued by the manufacturer. All eyewear is covered by the manufacturer's official two-year warranty for conformity defects, as per Legislative Decree 24/02. Products damaged by improper use are not covered by the warranty. If a purchased product has conformity defects, please contact us to arrange shipment to our store.
