METHOD OF PAYMENT

Bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer as your payment, you will receive by email the bank details to make it. After making the payment, contact us by sending a copy of the bank transfer itself via email.
The shipment will be processed when we see the payment in our bank account (time needed 1/2 days).

Satispay

If you choose Satispay as your payment, you will receive via the app a notification to make the payment. The shipment will be processed in a short time as the credit is immediate.

Cash on delivery (in Italy only)

If you choose cash on delivery as payment, the shipment will be processed after we receive the delivery address. This mode involves payment upon delivery of the goods, directly to the courier in cash.

PayPal

If you choose PayPal as your payment, you will receive via email all the details to make the payment. The shipment will be processed in a short time as the credit is immediate.

Credit cards or prepaid cards

If you choose to pay with credit or prepaid cards, you will receive an email containing a payment request. With a simple click you will be redirected to the Stripe site to proceed with payment. Stripe's service can be used even if you are not a registered user and provides absolutely secure credit card payments. This system allows anyone with a credit card to be able to purchase easily, quickly and securely. The holder's sensitive data (name, card number, expiration date, etc.) are transmitted only to Stripe and are protected by encrypted systems so that no one can in any way become aware of them. The shipment will be processed in a short time as the credit is immediate.

Installment payments with Klarna

If you choose to pay in installments you will receive a link via email to make the payment in 3 installments with Klarna. The cost of the purchase will be divided into 3 interest-free installments and will be charged to your card every 30 days. Using this payment method there are no discounts on the list price. The shipment will be processed in a short time as the credit is immediate.

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

Our shipments are made with SDA or BRT with delivery throughout Italy in 24 hours (shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and inconvenient locations are delivered in 48 hours). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00, so you can choose whether to receive your package in the morning or in the afternoon. Our parcels are prepared with extreme care and attention so that the goods cannot be damaged. We give the possibility to know the status of the shipment by entering the code (tracking number), received in the shipment email, in the official website of the courier company: www.sda.it - www.brt.it

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL Express Courier. Delivery times are: Europe 2/3 days, rest of the world 5/7 days. To find out the cost of shipping please contact us by email. Purchases from countries outside the European Union (EU) will not be subject to European VAT, but customs may require payment of local taxes/commissions. Our packages are prepared with extreme care and attention so that the goods cannot be damaged. We give the possibility to know the status of the shipment by entering the code (tracking number), received in the shipment email on the official website of the courier company: wwww.dhl.com - www.ups.com

TERMS OF SALE

Customers who wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, must contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (requests for returns after that date will not be accepted). The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, a written notice to the seller's address by registered letter with return receipt or by email. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days from when he communicates his decision to use the right of withdrawal. Purchases are protected by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of purchases that have as their object goods made to measure (e.g. eyewear with prescription lenses) or clearly personalized (e.g. eyewear with prescription sunglass lenses). Returns of used and damaged products will not be accepted, these will not be consequently replaced. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of amounts less than 50 euros (pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code). The return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer and must contain: the product in perfect condition, the original packaging and the receipt. The returned merchandise will be checked carefully and if the condition is deemed different from the original, the return will not be accepted. However, the amount of shipping, administrative and return costs of the disbursed amounts will remain the responsibility of the customer.

PACKAGING

All of our eyewear are shipped in the original case and where provided by the manufacturer there will be micro fiber cloth, box and other accessories. Each pair of glasses is accompanied by a certificate of compliance with CE regulations.

WARRANTY

Luziottica Vision ensures the quality and authenticity of the products sold.
All eyewear are accompanied by the certificate of safety and quality required by European regulations (DL No. 46 of 24/02/1997-D.M. No. 180 of 04/05/1998), and where required by the certificate of authenticity and originality of the product issued by the manufacturer. All eyewear are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty for two years for conformity defects, in accordance with DL 24/02. Products that have been damaged by improper use are not covered by warranty. In case the purchased product has any conformity defects, you can contact us to arrange for shipment to our store.
